Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013

From September 25 to October 3, the streets of Paris were taken over by designers, models, fashionistas, journos, snappers and anyone else who wanted a peek at the latest trends. The spring/summer 2013 collections offered a plethora of inspirations for the year ahead. The grey skies, however, left many a fashion fan wishing that spring was here already.

The hugely talented Aussie designer, Martin Grant, showcased his latest collection saying he wanted to "play with levels and mix things up". The quiet achiever did just that, showing mid thigh A-line skirts, floor skimming hems and playful short sets. There were even a couple of eye-catching ensemble pieces that saw shorts and trousers overlaid with skirts. It was an honour to chat to the man behind the label after the show.
